We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Inaba-san, Satoh-san, and Fukase. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The room was spacious, clean, and had a super-sized bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including the large parking space. The location was perfect as a base for skiing in the region, as it was close to the ski slopes and had easy access to transportation. The breakfast and dinner included in our booking were excellent, with well-prepared and delicious meals. the cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious room, and great location made our stay here unforgettable.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the fragrant toiletries to the freshly grown veggies used in the delicious breakfast.

Our stay was not very enjoyable due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. We requested a non-smoking room, but the hallway leading to our room and the lobby had a very strong smell of smoke.
